This Friday, April 4th, at La Perla we are delighted: Terraza Urgull begins its season<\/strong> with a completely renewed gastronomic proposal. Our kitchen team takes another step forward in quality with the addition of chef Cristoffer Rosales. Trained in Argentina and having refined his culinary career for four years since 2019 at the prestigious Mart\u00edn Berasategui school, Cristoffer brings his talent and experience to an already well-established team.<\/p><\/p>

A reinvented menu: more sophisticated and higher quality flavors<\/h2>

Our new offering combines respect for traditional flavors with more refined and sophisticated preparation. You will find our classic dishes, such as the exquisite Iberian ham or squid croquettes, fried calamari with aioli, or the new Caesar salad that will surprise you.<\/p>
