s\u00e9rie d\u2019exercices pour <strong>conditionner<\/strong> le corps aux exigences de ce sport : marches avec des sauts, exercices d\u2019agilit\u00e9 lin\u00e9aire, lat\u00e9rale ou multidirectionnelle, flexibilit\u00e9 dynamique au sol, augmentation de la vitesse et du contr\u00f4le&#8230;<\/p><p><strong>Perfectionnement du mouvement<\/strong> : dans cette phase, nous entra\u00eenons la <strong>force<\/strong> pour adapter l\u2019exercice \u00e0 notre condition physique.<\/p><p>Quels sont les meilleurs <strong>exercices<\/strong> ?&#13;\n&#13;\n\u2013 \u00c9quilibre entre les forces de pouss\u00e9e et les forces de traction.&#13;\n&#13;\n\u2013 Correctifs : mobilit\u00e9, stabilit\u00e9 articulaire, amplitude des mouvements entre les exercices&#8230;&#13;\n&#13;\n\u2013 Force : capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper la force au niveau physique, neural et m\u00e9tabolique.&#13;\n&#13;\n\u2013 Rotations : travaux d\u2019action dynamique
