You can choose individual treatments or opt for any of the services we offer (programmes that combine the Thalassotherapy Circuit with one or more individual treatments).
For people in treatment, use of our bathrobes, towels, disposable slippers and caps is included, if the programme includes access to the Thalassotherapy Circuit.
No. These are complementary but separate services. The entry price for the circuit is not included unless this is specified in the programme that you choose.
All you have to do is make a single call to our customer services phone line (+34 943 45 88 56) and we will assist you with your order and manage your booking for the thalassotherapy and the treatments.

You must be an adult or express consent must be given by the persons responsible for the child.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in our double booth to receive treatment.
La Perla does not have a crèche.
We have specific treatments for pregnant women in our Health and Beauty Department. Depending on how many months pregnant you are, we will advise you on the most advisable treatment for you.
You are only allowed to enter the Thalassotherapy Circuit during the second trimester of your pregnancy. In this case, you can use almost all of the circuit’s services as they are relaxing.
We have lockers in the changing rooms. Make sure that you do not leave anything outside them and that you lock them properly. La Perla is not responsible for any item which has not been left inside the lockers.
We do not have a car park but we do have an agreement with La Concha car park, which is a 10-minute walk away along La Concha Promenade. Check for directions.
No. You pay when you arrive at reception, but we will ask for your bank card details to guarantee the booking.
You will not be charged but if you do not come to your booking on time, you will be charged in full.
Treatment times must be respected so we recommend arriving for your appointment 10 minutes in advance.
If you are absent or late, the treatments not performed or performed for less time must be paid in full and they cannot be postponed for another date.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
If it is cancelled less than 12 hours before the start date of the treatment, it will be compulsory to pay for the session and the amount will be charged to the bank card that you gave us.
Pre-booking is necessary.
Yes. Vouchers expire after 3 years. The expiry date is clearly written on the back of the voucher.
All of La Perla’s services can be given as a gift and you can buy them through the website, by telephone or directly in our reception.
You do not need to make a booking, simply buy a gift voucher and the recipient will be able to call when they want to make a booking in the future (expiry date: 3 years).
Yes, vouchers are delivered gift-wrapped and with all of the instructions on how to use them and make bookings.
Purchasing online gives you the option of receiving it gift-wrapped at home or printing out the voucher yourself.
We have special prices for groups of 10 people or more, subject to booking.
La Perla has a restaurant with magnificent views of the bay and two spectacular terraces on the beachfront that are open from April to October.
