The Thalassotherapy Circuit is a space that you can freely use and move around, where you can use the facilities during a specific period, depending on the type of ticket bought, for 2 or 3 hours.
It has: A Hydrotherapy Pool, Relaxation Pool, Panoramic Jacuzzi, Active Pool (aqua gym classes and fitness zone), Sensations Circuit, Waterbeds, Saltwater Steam Bath, Ice Fountain, Dry Sauna, Relaxation Room, Cold Seawater Pool, Cold Seawater Showers and Rest Area.
The facilities have views of and direct access to the beach.
There are many ways to enjoy such a comprehensive circuit with its seawater pools and jets at different intensities and temperatures.
Our hydrothermal guides are available to assist users by answering questions or providing personalized and appropriate advice on the use of the circuit.
Note: The activation of the jets in the various pools of the marine circuit will be adjusted according to attendance. If at any time you wish to activate a particular jet, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.
Swimming equipment is not included in the entrance fee.
Women can access the swimming facilities in a swimming costume, bikini, or trikini, and men can use swimming trunks, briefs, or shorts. Swimming costumes are available for sale.
The Thalasso Treatment Circuit can be accessed barefoot or wearing bath slippers. Flip-flops can only be used in certain areas of the changing rooms, toilets, and showers. Bath slippers are available for sale at the entrance/reception desk.
Bathing caps are compulsory. Bathing caps are available for sale, and towels and bathrobes can be rented (deposit 10€).

Single changing rooms are where every one puts on or takes their shoes off.
Flip-flops are allowed in the male and female toilets (showers and WCs). They must be hand-held (with out being worn) until they reach the inside of the toilets.
La Perla’s staff will remove flip-flops deposited outside the lockers and take them to a common storage room. The company accepts no responsibility for removed flip-flops or objects left out side the lockers.

The price of the ticket includes free use, for 2 or 3 hours – depending on the ticket – of all thalassotherapy facilities, excluding the gym and individual treatments.
It also includes time to get changed. The usage time starts when you pass through access control at reception and ends when you leave through it.
If you exceed this time, you will be charged 3,00 euros in 30-minute intervals.

The facilities are open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturdays and holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Reservations are required.
The time of permanence in the circuit will be up to 20 minutes before the closing time of the facilities.
The Circuit opens every day, apart from 25 December, and 1 and 6 January. Special hours on 24 and 31 December.
The maximum depth of the swimming pools is 1.39 m. If you cannot swim you should inform reception when you enter and the monitors who are in the marine circuit.
Not being able to swim is not a problem given the depth of the swimming pools. However, it is important not be scared or feel unsafe because of it.
The minimum age for entering the Circuit is 6 years old.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, remaining their sole responsibility at all times.
It is advised that children do not stay in the water for more than 1 hour.
La Perla does not have a crèche.
We have special prices for children.
As a precaution you should consult your doctor if you have an illness.
If you are pregnant, we recommend discussing it with your gynaecologist beforehand. You are only allowed to enter during the second trimester of your pregnancy. In this case, you can use almost all of the circuit’s services as they are relaxing. However, ask at the entrance or the instructor inside the facility what you should avoid.
We have specific treatments for pregnant women in our Health and Beauty Department.
We have lockers in the changing rooms. Make sure that you do not leave anything outside them and that you lock them properly. La Perla is not responsible for any item which has not been left inside the lockers.

Yes, we have passes for 10 sessions and they are not individual so they can be used by several people and they expire after 1 year.
However, without a doubt, the best option is to become a member. For a monthly fee, you can come throughout the month with no restrictions on days or time.
We have special prices for groups of 20 people or more, subject to booking. To guarantee entry to the centre, it is recommended to book in advance by email at info@la-perla.net.

We don´t have a car park, but the public car parks of La Concha, San Martín and Buen Pastor are just a 10-minute walk away.
We do not have accommodation but we are in the city centre, a 5/10-minute walk from different categories of hotels.
You can come without a booking. However, we advise booking in advance to guarantee that you get a ticket, in case we are busy (especially on weekends or public holidays).

No. You pay at reception before entering.
If you have a voucher that you have bought in advance or has been given to you for the Thalassotherapy Circuit remember to bring it, because you will be asked for it at reception before entering.
Yes. Vouchers expire after 1 year. The expiry date is clearly written on the back of the voucher.
If the voucher has expired you cannot use it. However, you can ask for it to be extended for a week longer, so that you can use it. To do this, you have to send an email to info@la-perla.net, indicating the number and requesting an extension to its expiry date.
After that extension it will no longer be possible to use the voucher.
All of La Perla’s services can be given as a gift and you can buy them through the website, by telephone or directly in our reception.
You do not need to make a booking, simply buy a gift voucher and the recipient will be able to call when they want to make a booking in the future.
Vouchers expire after 1 year.
Yes, vouchers are delivered gift-wrapped and with all of the instructions on how to use them and make bookings.
Purchasing online gives you the option of receiving it gift-wrapped at home or printing out the voucher yourself.
The money is not refunded but it can be changed by presenting the voucher and the receipt or the gift voucher within 3 months of the date of purchase.
