Do you practice yoga and want an immersive experience that helps you improve mobility as well as stability and strength?
Or would you like to start doing yoga and discover all its benefits gradually, consciously, and accessibly?
At La Perla, we’ve designed an intensive yoga programme consisting of 7 masterclasses and 1 workshop. Sessions are led by María Francisca Giuliucci (@fran.shanti) and aimed at people of all levels, with or without experience.
A programme to improve your movement and well-being
The sessions will take place on eight Saturdays, and are designed to help you improve your mobility in your daily life, gain body awareness, and strengthen your body in a balanced way.
Why work on your hips?
Hips are a key point that connect your legs, pelvis, and torso. Gaining mobility and stability in your hips will benefit your whole body: walking, running, climbing stairs, bending and exercising will become more fluid and efficient. All in all, working on this area will change how you move and how you feel for the better.
What will you learn in each masterclass?
Masterclasses will last two and a half hours, during which we will give you practical tips that you can integrate into both your daily life and your workouts.
The final workshop lasts three hours and will cover everything you have worked on throughout the programme to consolidate your learning and experience.

We will cover the following aspects:
- Hip mobility
- Balancing flexibility and strength
- Posture and movement stability
- Stress release and regulation
- Improving respiratory capacity
Also, some sessions include relaxation exercises in a seawater pool, a deeply restorative experience.
