Our main gastronomic proposal is based on a cuisine steeped in Basque roots and traditional recipes using produce as the unquestionable star of the show.
Incorporating avant-garde techniques to round off the culinary experience in our stunning scenic dining room overlooking the bay of La Concha.
La Perla’s restaurant is supplemented by the bar and cafeteria with a typical San Sebastian tapas bar, a landmark place to eat in the heart of the bay as well as the La Concha beach promenade.
